• Building an immersive fantasy based MMORPG game, life-sim RPG that is cross-platform for mobile, PC and Discord.

• It’s a multi-chain game based primarily on the Sol + Eth chains

• They have already got 2 collections in the market:
• Meekolony
• a series of 10,000 unique NFT passes
• 8.2 SOL floor price
• Aethereal Parcels
• 10 x 10 in total tile size, made up of four ‘5 x 5’ plots

• They are now launching the Uncharted Dream event - a socially-driven auto-battler web event with a focus on providing rewards to loyal community members

• It’s a game meant for the loyal community users to be awarded by providing them rewards, airdrops and more

• Participation is gated by Meekolony Pass NFTs & Access Codes

• It offers a 'play-to-earn' type of gameplay experience

• The aim is to defeat the monsters by dealing as much damage as possible using the daily energy

• You would be required to level up your character, which in turn helps you increase your DPS

• There will also be uncharted troves, which are essentially booster packs that provide additional upgrades and energy claims

• Finally, players are required to complete daily missions and quests to earn rewards

• Place high on the leaderboard to get a chance to get a potential healthy airdrop

• Claim in-game currency and rewards for both Tatsugotchi & Tatsumeeko

Community curation & engagement 🌐

• Being multichain they have a very unique advantage of being able to cater and get attention of both Sol and Eth communities

• Again similar to most of the projects these days, they’ve got a whitelisting phase which are obtained in terms of “access codes”

• These codes provide early access to the game, providing you a 3-week extra runway as compared to the public

• They are again picking and choosing their partners and focusing a lot on the gaming based communities to provide these codes to, a few ways to earn a spot is via game nights, AMAs, twitter spaces, raffles and so on

Degen details 💰

• Not much has been revealed around the exact collection but basically it will provide participants in the event to earn limited edition, event-only game items for Tatsugotchi and Tatsumeeko

• My guess is it’ll be an “airdrop” rather than a collection itself

• The gameplay event is starting from 28th Feb 2023

• 70% of the codes for community

• 20 - 30% for Team

Business Model 🤑

• Their primary revenue has come from the token raise (though technically, I would categorize this under the Funding section)

• They also sold each of the 10,000 NFTs at 0.05 sol each making around 500 SOL

• And they keep earning some $$ via royalties on the sale of the avataars and lands

Utility & Benefits 🚀

• The primary utility includes the chance to play the game, earn rewards, and obtain valuable in-game items for the future game ecosystem

• An opportunity to join the Tatsumeeko ecosystem

Post mint details 🛣️

• Since this is technically not a mint, I will say that primarily post the “competition” - rewards will be distributed across the winners

• We could also see more cross IP promotions and integrations come to life

Key details / What do we like? 🎯

• The team has raised from top tier investors in web3 gaming specifically

• Their previous collections already have a massive return as compared to their mint price (160x)

• It seems to be a “free-to-play-and-earn” mechanic based game, so seems there’s no upfront cost required other than playing the game

• They’ve got extremely big numbers in web2 especially focused on building small gamified experiences - keeping the users loyalty, engaged and retained

• The socials are pretty active and highly engaged

What are we keeping an eye on? 👀

• The core agenda behind the game on a numbers level is not conveyed (how big is the prize, how many winners will be there and what will be the winner distribution)

• The team had raised $7m couple of years ago, they might need to do an additional raise / mint to increase the runway

Closing thoughts 💭

• I feel overall if you get access to the game, you should end up playing it and try to perform to your best capabilities

• It should be a good opportunity to join the broader tatsumeeko community with the NFT holders

• Overall, it seems to be one of the most talked-about projects with a very active and engaged social media presence
